  • We welcome everyone. We offer a respectful, non-judgmental space for people with Parkinson’s Disease and those who care for them.

  • We support one another. We believe shared experience and peer support are essential to living well with Parkinson’s Disease.

  • We focus on what’s helpful. We prioritize practical, trustworthy information people can use in everyday life.

  • We protect privacy. What is shared in the group is treated with care and confidentiality.

  • We listen and adapt. We grow and change based on the needs of our members.

Breakout Group Participation

Breakout groups are reserved for people living with Parkinson’s Disease and their Care Partners. This helps create a safe, focused space for sharing personal experiences and support. Professionals, observers, and guests are welcome to participate in the larger group session only.

This is an informal, peer-led group and not a medical or professional service; any medical information shared should be reviewed with your physician or healthcare provider.
